CHS Ltd. (fondée en 1967) est un fabricant privé de dispositifs médicaux et un distributeur spécialisé situé à Oakville, en Ontario. Les clients desservis se trouvent dans les hôpitaux de soins aigus et dans l'espace des soins de santé non aigus au Canada et à l'étranger.
Les produits fabriqués par CHS (MED-RX) et les produits représentés par des tiers couvrent toutes les catégories cliniques, y compris respiratoire, anesthésie, perfusion, radiologie interventionnelle, biopsie, drainage, imagerie diagnostique, pharmacie, accès vasculaire, prévention des infections, diagnostic neurologique et cardiaque, et Général Med-Surg. La gamme MED-RX est produite à Oakville, en Ontario, et se compose principalement de plateaux, de kits et de tubulures jetables à usage unique utilisés dans une variété de procédures telles que les démarrages IV, l'alimentation, la biopsie et le drainage thoracique.

Leadership Team
Mike joined CHS in January 2016, bringing 25 years of global strategic leadership in the medical industry. He has had several international senior leadership positions including Platform Leader Medication Workflow Systems, Commercial Leader Europe for Medical Surgical Systems and Director – Canada for BD Global. Prior to BD, Mike held senior management positions with Johnson & Johnson, Iovate Health Sciences and Baxter in the US, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Mike has participated in and held varying positions on many boards within the health care industry, both domestically and internationally.

Prior to CHS, Sherry was the Director of Finance for an international retailer leading the local finance team and supporting the CEO on M&A and financial integration activities for the business. Sherry obtained her CPA, CA while working in public accounting at Grant Thornton gaining experience in audit, tax and business valuations. Sherry brings extensive experience streamlining functional teams & processes as well as successfully leading teams through acquisitions, integrations, synergy realization and organizational change.

Glenda joined CHS in August 2015. Prior to this she was VP HR & HSE at Air Distribution Technologies (HVAC) with overall strategic, financial and functional accountability for HR & HSE for 46 factory operations and seven distribution entities employing over 7,500 people and delivering $1 billion of revenues. Glenda has a proven ability to create shareholder value by building organization capabilities, integrating human capital strategy into overall organizational objectives, producing strong employee engagement and business results.

Fernanda joined CHS in April 2021, bringing over 20 years of national and international experience in the legal industry, both in public and private companies. Very experienced in regulatory compliance in healthcare (North America and Europe), and commercial negotiation and execution. Additionally, Fernanda brings extensive experience in M&A and business integration and has participated in over 30 acquisitions in the medical industry. She holds an MBA from Rotman School of Management; a Master of Law (GPLLM) from the University of Toronto; and a Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from Brazil where she practiced law in the areas of civil litigation, criminal, and family matters.

Alfonso joined CHS in August of 2012, and held multiple commercial positions throughout the organization. Initially starting his career in sales, he began supporting the general surgery, interventional radiology and vascular surgery portfolios. He then moved onto sales leadership of regional teams covering the entire portfolio of our business, inclusive of Medical, Respiratory & Anesthesia, Surgical, Interventional, and non-acute portfolios. Thereafter, his role evolved to be a national leader of commercial execution, focused on strategy setting and pipeline management of the sales team. His continued success led him to move into the National Sales Director role for Medical and over the tenure of his career at CHS, has won multiple awards for top performance. Alfonso holds a Master’s degree from Western University.

Peter joined CHS in November of 2016 and has over 35 years of healthcare related experience in clinical and commercial sales & marketing in Canada. Peter has held progressive leadership roles at CHS as part of the commercial team, and is currently Vice President of Sales. Peter started his healthcare journey as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) graduating from The Michener Institute (now UHN/UofT), working initially as a critical care therapist at Mount Sinai & Mackenzie Health, progressing to a Clinical Instructor role at UHN and finally as the Director of Cardio-Respiratory at the former Mississauga Hospital (now Trillium), before transitioning into the healthcare medical device industry. Prior to joining CHS, Peter held various sales & sales leadership positions at VitalAire, Abbott, Karl Storz & Baxter Canada.

Amy joined CHS as VP of Supply Chain in August of 2023, bringing over 24 years of experience in Medical Device Manufacturing. Over her career, Amy has held a number of Operations and Supply Chain leadership roles in global healthcare organizations. Most recently, Amy was the Senior Director of Global Supply Chain with Argon Medical Devices, where for 16 years she led the Materials and Supply Chain team during unprecedented global expansion through mergers, acquisitions, and organic growth.
